At last I am fulfilling my lifetime ambition to set up and run a sports coaching company for children with the support of my wife Carleen and superstar 9 year old daughter Marley and my cheeky 3 year old Frankie. Now 6 years on the business has grown but kept the same ethos which separates us from the rest.

It is hard to believe that Starting out with 7 children attending our first ever course in 2012 and now proudly delivering to over 5000 children every week, it has bee an amazing journey so far. We now have a very strong team of coaches who believe in the ethos and really want to make a difference to each child plus it is very exciting to see how each coach grows with the company as Ryan has shown by starting as a helper and to progressing to part time/ full time / sports manager and now officially has joined the business as a Team Spirit partner.  So very proud to have the opportunity to work with and support so many children within the community and I am looking forward to new exciting adventures with Team Spirit and sharing these journeys with all you Team Spirit superstars.

I look forward to meeting you on a Team Spirit course soon.

A bit about me – Started working at Team Spirit as a volunteer helping Dazza on some after school clubs.  This progressed to a part time assistant coaching role and really enjoyed how Team Spirit ran the sessions using the ethos to support and give every child an opportunity to enjoy and achieve. I was really proud ot move full time after my second year and then into a School sports business development role.  The ethos is fantastic and it has been fantastic being a part of the journey with Dazza.   Now I am really excited as currently in my 4th year at Team Spirit (2018) and having progressed to become a partner within the business we are working on some fantastic projects to further develop and encourage children to be the best that they can be in any given situation using our ethos. See you soon superstars.
